If you’re looking for a quintessential Montana fly fishing experience, you’ll love our half or full day float trips. Explore some of the most pristine waters in the country, as our experienced guides help you land Rainbow, Brown, and Cutthroat trout. Beginners will learn about the gear and casting process step by step in a fun and helpful way. Or, for seasoned anglers, we’ll get you out on the boat to get started right away. Available for 1-3 people (per boat).

What to Know Before You Go
Weather and river conditions can all affect the direction of a trip. Clients will be contacted to discuss preferences and any last minute changes should the need arise.
Lunch (provided on full day trips only), snacks, fly fishing rods, flies, leaders and tippet, and transportation to the river are all provided by your guide.
A list of suggested items to bring will be included in an email once your trip has been booked.
Wader rental is $25/trip and available upon request or recommendation.
Additional costs will include a Montana fishing license, which can either be bought online prior to the trip at the Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks website or at any local fly shop in person.
Any angler 12 years of age or older also needs a Conservation License ($10 non-resident) and an invasive species pass ($15 non-resident) in addition to his/her fishing license.
Anglers 11 years old and younger do not need a fishing license if accompanied by an adult with a valid MT fishing license.
Guide Gratuities
Average amount is $120-$140 per trip. Please note that while guide gratuities are completely voluntary, they are also a very important contribution which he/she relies on due to seasonal employment.
